1. General Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase, redemption, and use of gift cards issued by Goodwin The Steak House (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By purchasing or using our gift card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Issuance of Gift Cards

2.1. Gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website or at our restaurant location.
2.2. Gift cards are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) and can only be used at Goodwin The Steak House.
2.3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

3. Usage of Gift Cards

3.1. Gift cards can be redeemed for dining services at Goodwin The Steak House.
3.2. The cardholder is responsible for safeguarding the gift card. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
3.3. Any remaining balance on the card can be used for future purchases until the balance reaches zero.

4. Expiry and Validity

4.1. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated on the card or receipt.
4.2. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be valid.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1. Personal data provided during the purchase of gift cards will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.2. Data collected will be used for processing the transaction and managing the gift card.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of the gift card.
6.2. In the event of technical issues, we will endeavor to resolve them promptly but are not liable for delays or damages caused by such issues.

7.2. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
