Que le serveur, dont la maîtrise du français semblait limitée, ait pu mal comprendre est une autre question, mais nous n’avons laissé aucune ambiguïté dans notre demande. Concernant la sauce, elle nous a effectivement été servie froide — ce que nous aurions pu accepter si c’était un choix culinaire assumé — mais surtout, elle est arrivée uniquement en fin de repas. De plus, aucun membre de votre équipe ne s’est excusé sur le moment. Nous avons eu le sentiment que la responsabilité de cette mauvaise expérience nous était renvoyée, comme si nous n’étions pas assez « ouverts » pour apprécier ce que nous n’avions pourtant pas commandé. Les accompagnements sont arrivés froids avec la seconde viande, et après avoir signalé le problème de cuisson, nous n’avons plus été approchés : ni proposition de boisson supplémentaire, ni attention particulière, alors que seules trois tables étaient occupées. Dire que nous avons eu « l’impression » d’être mal considérés était une façon polie de formuler les choses. La réalité est que vos collaborateurs se sont montrés désagréables à la suite de notre remarque. Votre réponse, empreinte d’un ton hautain, reflète malheureusement le même état d’esprit. De simples excuses dès le départ auraient suffi à atténuer notre déception. Notre expérience ne correspond pas à nos attentes et nous ne pouvons que déconseiller vivement votre établissement.
